came across this METAR of KYIV UKBB

can anyone explain to me the part after the QNH?

UKBB 121500Z VRB01MPS 6000 SCT007 M01/M02 Q1030 86CLRD70 NOSIG

These 8 numbers/digits are in Standard eight figure group appended to routine motne/opmet (actuals)

In this example the crucial thing is as follows

//CLRD// (insert any digits in first and last two places) means that the previously broadcast contamination has ceasec to exist (eg snow, ice etc).

Danny for the digits either side of cleared:

86.....The first two digits are the runway designator. If there are parallel runways the left hand one gets the normal runway designation and the right parallel has 50 added to it. So 36L would get 36........ while 36R would get 86........ If 88 is used the information applies to all runways

......70 this is measure of the braking coefficient. Braking coefficients of .40 and above are good.
