B747 SF: is this aircraft suitable for AMS HRE AMS as opposed to B747-200F?

Well, in a -200SF you would have about 120-130k payload to get to Harare at 5081 Nautical Miles. give or take.

With the 747-400SF you would have almost full weight capability. :)
