With the thought provoking threads on the "Elvington Four", the "Kemble Two" and the "Shoreham One" all running on the Private Flying forum at the moment, I was wondering if there is an (online) database of CAA prosecutions to add to the reading list of "there-but-for-the-grace-of-god" stories (along with AAIB and Chirp reports).

I am guessing that there isn't, due to the fact that they are all going to be heard at whichever local Mag. or Crown Ct had jurisdiction over the place the incident occurred. Unless the CAA themselves publish a list I presume there isn't going to be a source.

As a recently qualified PPL, I am always interested in new and different ways to break the law that are not open to mere earthbound mortals! :\

Excellent idea if there isn't one already.

I envisage a dedicated chapter in Gasil?

I will monitor this thread with interest.

Perhaps they could call it 'Crime and Punishment'
