For those of you that can get hold of it I would highly recommend reading the latest issue of Boeing's own magazine "Aero issue 12"

It contains a fantastic acticle on using Angle of Attack on airliners as a flight referencing instument. Facinating stuff!

I'd post it in Tech Log if I only had a scanner. Perhaps someone else out there could scan in a copy for the benefit of all?

Yeah, most of the articles in Boeing Aero, or Airliner as they used to call it make pretty educational reading.
You can view them online, in both HTML and PDF format. I suggest the PDF version if you can, as it contains an exact copy of the original article, including all of the drawings/ illustrations.
For this article, goto http://www.boeing.com/commercial/aeromagazine/aero_12/attack_story.html
fort the HTML version, or http://www.boeing.com/commercial/aeromagazine/aero_12/aoa.pdf
for the PDF version.
Enjoy ;)
