In all honesty, Not to blame anyone else, but I will. It has come from those "roll models" i.e bosses ongoing cat fight between the two clubs. One CFI too !!!!! scared to get his feet wet in the REAL world of aviation. (Were's my blankie mummy? Are you young enough to be my girlfriend?) while the other one has an infatuation with an certain "aerosexual" instructor.
Silly things like this happen all the time. Time to grow up guys
