Buk with one missile missing - where is was seen

Video with Buk launcher with one missile missing

Source is 100% pro-ukrainian, 100% putin-free.

However, there is one small problem with location.
It was shot at Krasnoarmeisk, Dnepropetrovskaya st. 40.
