Dont take this th wrong way, but I'm afraid parts buying and dispatching aren't going to be in the least bit useful to you for this programme.
Regarding your experience, well, more is expected of you due to what little flying experience you have.
Likewise, your industry knowledge, due to your experience in other parts of aviation.
My guess is that you fell short in your commensurate knowledge. Or personality. Or aptitude testing.
Lastly, on a personal note, you may wish to watch every word of your posts. The reason being is that you have very easily identified yourself: SA, dispatcher, buyer etc... Food for thought.
