We also have a number of pilots who buy a 2 bdrm ( which as shown in our architectural section is a studio and 1 bdrm) with a friend. They both get a PRS and then have the option of renting either a studio, 1 bdrm, or 2 bdrm providing them excellent flexibility and return.
