I'm a little short of time this mornin' and your Q will take a little longer to answer, so I'll get to yours a little later Vestage.
To answer the Q about our Vacation Rental/Exchange Forum properly you need a little history..... Our development in the Cayman is a condo/hotel which means the owners of the units usually put their unit in the hotel rental pool (if they are not living there full time) which provides a good financial return on there investment when they are not using it.
To further enhance their financial return we decided to setup a Free Vacation Rental/Exchange Forum for them to provide additional exposure for their properties as our members are from all over the world.
It turned out to be pretty popular with airline & non airline owners providing over 40 listings in 3 weeks. It has evolved into a Forum for anybody who is interested in finding a vacation property or exchanging one to deal directly with owners etc. (many who offer discounted rates) without a middleman as we have nothing to do with it.
