If u cant get into IGRUA, i suggest you dont start lame threads on employment. Flying isnt a joke, and only the best get into IGRUA, and btw I gave the exam this year and passed into.......
BTW......Igrua is a government academy, and Air india too......so i dont see the problem in them giving placement to their own governments academy.
AND WHY DIDNT YOU THINK ABT GETTING INTO IGRUA IN THE FIRST PLACE??
