The consultation closed last week so I assume they will need a month or so to look at all the replies. From a conference last week I get the impression that not much will happen for a while due to Politics - Election in two months - new government then this may get pushed down the Agenda. However, I think we have to be careful that nothing is implemented quietly and that the comments in the consultation are taken into account.
