Been called in for an interview in a few weeks as well, TR'd on the 757.
Reading the forum and speaking face to face to some Jet2 pilots give a very different story. Forum seems to be mainly doom and gloom (with exceptions of course) and the face to face talks seem to be very positive and giving the impression of a good place to work.
Possibly a silly question, but how come Jet2 are only getting 4-500 hours a year out of their pilots? I've just done that over the summer period only.
