It talks about "Tom Hughston". Did he get got some pilot
into trouble? The story behind it was a email sent by him to aa lot of people, (some on here!) and now everywhere on internet, too copied to the British CAA. "
The person in question knows that his instrument rating was issued on false pretenses."
