Question "Unfreezing" to ATPL
I have a question about 'unfreezing' to ATPL.

A F.I.,holding CPL (MEIR), with more than 1500hours logged in FTO, can the licence be unfreezed into ATPL without airline experience (meaning flying turbine jets)?
