A filleted taxiway is one that has an added section to it when turns are tight.
If you have a 90 degree (T section) taxiway. you will find that fillets are put in in case the main gear leaves the taxiway during the turn.
So, rather than having taxiway junction at right angles, you have a curved section (fillets) to allow the big boys to turn their big toys around tight corners!
