If you leave within 3 years you'll be kindly requested to pay something back so in a way this can end up beeing a SSTR, but the setup in my opinion is somewhat different than the road you are about to walk down...
Outlook: 8 x Dash8 Q400NG from 2009, 2 Fokkers will stay in the fleet until 2011.
737's are added to the fleet quite often... 2 x 757 with delivery anytime soon.
Short time from right to left seat on the propfleet (like it or not), or possible typechange...
