Some pictures received from BH...look at the first two and tell me he didn't land down a 6+% slope with T/O flap set.
Torres yes a dispo required to operate the mighty F 28 into GKA due to the slope...we also, due to WAT limits, often had to land flap 25 due to landing-go around performance requirements...touchdown speeds pretty close to the 170kt tyre limit speed and required precisely flown approach to touchdown and carefull use of brakes to avoid fuse plug meltdown.
