Why do people always complain about FinnComm Airlines? In Finland there was a time when flying for smaller companies Captain made around 2000€ per month and that was it.

Of Course time has changed.. but one has to remember that the company is PRIVATELY owned, meaning they HAVE to make profit, that is not an option in order to keep things going. And they made profit every single year from the beginning-nowdays that is not very common thing to see around the world. They have to do something right?

And if you dont like the conditions-dont apply! Apply to Finnair, Blue1, SAS etc.

get a better life

I would think that the last thing they need is pilots who start complaining from the start. Many people are very happy there, most would not change at all.
