Norton wont stop about blank, Run HJT again and check the about blank entries then fix. Next go to you internet settings an reset your home page to what ever you like.
After you ran CWS, your hijacked home page was removed leaving nothing, hence about blank.
Also go to the C
WINDOWS\TEMP\ directory and delete everything in there. If sp.dll wont delete, rename it to something like tmp.tmp. The next time you start your computer, you can go back in and delete it.
