Biggin Hill Flying Club
I'm not sure if this is the correct heading under which to ask the questioon but perhaps some of the older Biggin hands with memories better than mine can answer the question arising from some historical research being done.
Before the Biggin Hill Flying Club was sold to Spooner Aviation, it used to operate a couple of Victa Airtourers and according to my log they were G-AWOZ and G-ATCK. One of these was purchased by club member Barry Hodson. Does anyone know which a/c he owned and what happened to it and him?

G-INFO has Barry Hodson as owner of G-ATCK and it was cancelled on 25/6/75 as destroyed. I can't find a reference to it on the AAIB site so hopefully not a serious accident.
Edit: 'TCK crashed near Biggin 25/8/74. I'm afraid there are no other details.
'WOZ crashed at Chew Magna, 7/6/75. Sadly 2 killed during low level aerobatics display.

Hello there from Down under...
The Airtourer Association is collecting pictures of all the serial numbers of both the Australian (Victa) and NZ (AESL) built Airtourers. We have some pictures of the UK aircraft, however some are only of the wreck, not exactly what we are looking for. If anyone can help with a picture or two please email to: [email protected]
The missing pictures can be viewed/checked at: https://sites.google.com/view/missin...rerphotos/home
Any other information on the UK Airtourers would be appreciated. The Association web page can be viewed at: www.airtourer.asn.au
regards
