Cessna 401 - advice, please
 

Can anyone give me their thoughts and opinions on these aircraft, please.

I may have the opportunity to fly one and have heard varying reports, including "don't touch on with a long barge-pole", so would appreciate others thoughts to pad out my indecison!

can't give you too much tech detail...but they fly real nice, dependable direct drive (not geared) tsio 520's when overhauled with heavy cases etc...etc...are a reasonably reliable aircraft...probably most are high time airframe wise, but have flown them, and known people that operated them with reasonable success...as opposed to the geared-engine variant...the 411
