Please give me some advice
 

Dear Experienced Pilots,
In my country, the aviation industry is not well developed.
Most people who want to become pilots will participate in airline cadet program.
For those who train on their own, after they return home and fail to get into an airline, their flying career might essentially be over.
Unlike in the United States, there are usually no opportunities to start as a flight instructor and slowly build up experience.

Now, a bit about myself:
I hold FAA CPL with a total of 300 hours.
I do not have the right to work in the United States or European Union countries.

How can I continue my flying career? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
