Searching C172 rental in NY

Hi,
I'm looking to do some time building in July
Prefer a company, not a school
To rent a Cessna 172 for 2-3 weeks
in NY area
Good maintainance, and good prices

Would you be staying in the NY area for 2-3 weeks or do you mean you'll be doing some kind of a tour for 2-3 weeks?
