Part 91 Tour LOA
 

Hi everyone

Wondering if anyone has experience with air tour companies conducting sight seeing under part 91 (within 25 miles).

1) If buying a company like this - can the letter of authorisation be transferred to the new owner or will a new application have to be lodged?

2) I've been digging through the regs and find it quite confusing re advertising for part 91 operators. In this instance can a tour company advertise their sight seeing flights?
