A few questions
 

Good day to all,
I am interested in converting my license to FAA and to obtain a full ATP in the process.
I have an CPL ME- IR (CAA) and ICAO ( Indonesian) and most reaching 1200 total time.
I did my initial training in NZ but had to convert my license to Indonesian due to company requirement, i am current only on the Indonesian license.
Can anyone recommend a good flying school to go to ? and the process?
Also what is the take on laser eye surgery, i been told FAA doesn't allow it.

For starters Gtr your short 300 hours total time for the FAA ATP. All the info for converting ICAO licences is available on Pprune you just have to look. Alternatively you can do what I did which was actually go on the FAA website and look for yourself. It isn't that hard to read. Alternatively there are many schools in the US that advertise conversion courses. Email a couple and see what they say. Generally the school will even organise your visa's and licence paperwork for you if you commit to a course.
