Tower Air, Evergreen International and Polar Air Cargo.

Who is the best to work for if you had a choice ?

Can anyone give me any info on pay, conditions, bases etc

Tower has by far the better pay and working conditions although there are some unhappy campers-look through the archives.

Both Evergreen and Polar (throw in Atlas too) have what could euphemistically be termed as less than satisfactory pay and working conditions.Polar/Atlas747 right seat $55,left seat $80 per flight hour,long trip sequences with not too many days at home.Slow upgrade at Evergreen,slowing down at Polar and now 14mths at Atlas.
