I'm off to Phoenix on the 5th Nov with the intention of getting as much info as possible with regard to the job situation.

Try Far West Airlines... They are looking for pilots and need them pretty badly I hear.
They operate DHC-7 equipment.
Sorry I don't have their contact info here ... I'll ask tomorrow or the day after, I will run into their crew in one of their destinations.
