FAA to JAR or JAA
 

I have no idea where and how to start this process. I am woking in the USA as a flight instructor and want to know how to covnvert my license to be able to work in the Middle East. What license will work the best over there.

Well, I do not work over there, but I have applied to EK and other airlines and they all accept ICAO. So, just focus on building Jet and PIC time. My understanding is that knowing someone in management is a major plus at getting an interview in the Middle East ( i guess that's true anywhere).
