Hi Guys, I'm doing a research paper for my airline operations class on Fedex. I just need some Fedex pilots to answer these simple questions if you don't mind.

1: How has your job been affected by the airline industry downturn?

2: How do you feel Fedex been affected by the downturn?

3: What major steps has Fedex taken to cope in response to the downturn?

4: What things do you think fedex should have done to cope that they failed to do?

5: What do the pilots think of the company's current health?

I'm not looking for a book, just your simple opinions. Theres not much information out there specifically on fedex and 9/11 , so any help would be appreciated :ok:
