Convective Outlook/AC Note
 

I just watched a video by Archie Trammell on the correct use of airbourne weather radar. What an excellent production. At one point he mentions getting hold of a 'Convective Outlook' or 'AC Note' preflight to arm yourself with more weather information. I'm in the UK and wonder if anyone in the States is aware of a similar document available from Met sources over here? I guess it could be known by another name.
