USe of oxygen required by FAA
 
What is the requirements for use of oxygen by the pilots and pax, or a reference to where I will find the rules?

FAR/AIM would be a good place to start. Can be found online in a variety of places.

For Part 91 operations look at FAR 91.211

For cabin pressure alt. above 12500 for more than 30mins pilots must use O2.
Above 14000' they must use O2 and above 15000' it must be supplied to passengers (they don't have to use it).

There are additional rules for high altitude flight, requiring quick donning masks, one pilot wearing a mask etc under different circumstances. go to www.faa.gov
