Ryanair non-UK conditions?

I've been tentatively offered a (permanent) Swedish basing as a Ryanair 800 Captain-- can anyone enlighten me on the pay deal up there? I understand it is less than for a UK basing? Any info on tax rates would also be appreciated. (I have asked Ryanair themselves but this may be a quicker way to get an answer!)

Congrats on your offer. Can I ask you a few questions:

1. Are you Scandinavian - is that why they would post you in Sweden? I noticed UK on your bio - why would they offer you Sweden as a base?

2. Were you offered other locations like Bergamo or Cherloi?

3. Could you switch to the UK later on?
