Best pilot management to work with?

Following on from Best Airline to work for ....which airline has the best pilot management .... and why? I only have exposure to one & cannot reveal which for fear of my nom de plume being penetrated with consequent repercussions, but would be interested to learn the views of other & more experienced ppruners.

Air 2000, without a doubt. You know exactly where you are with them.

They've introduced a new policy this year - they give us the bats, and we stick them up our own #rs#s.

Hey "pom",
sounds a bit like Air Hong Kong to me, after CX took control.

Cheers

Titan-- Fantastic, rewarding, hands on, straight and accomodating,
Good fun. Privately run company.

Air2000-- Shyte! Cronified,Jobs for the boys, the favours were
always one way, weak & ineffective & spineless. Senior
Management beholden to Shareholders.

Emirates-- Bloody impressive so far, lead from the top by a very
hands on team, rewarding, & it will satisfy my needs
for the next 25 years.Privately run company.

jmc Air were pretty good. The Pilot Managers that is.

There have been changes recently, with a well known incumbent in the chief pilot role. Not a bad bloke.

Above him though, they are all to55pots probably.
