Ryanair & EasyJet Simulator Time?

After you have checked out as a line pilot - how many simulator sessions (license proficiency testing, checking and so on) does each Capt. and each Copilot do each year at Ryanair and EasyJet (and other airlines as well)?

"Our industry" ?- Capt Haddock - tell us how many sim sessions you do every year in the printworks? EZ and FR do what JAR tells them to do and by most accounts do it pretty well. Are you seriously trying to pass yourself off as a pilot?

The JARs can be interpreted differently and are often enforced in various ways by each NAA. Some airlines read them in the most extreme way. Although I have years on the line and my share of sim time and am new to pprune, I hoped I could ask a question about this.

Capt Haddock,

Please enlighten me on how JAR's can be interpreted differently regarding sim time? Very interesting..

Don't think you're going to get many replies now, Cap'n

2 days of 4 hours each day. This every 6 months = 16 hours.
Additional sim may be required for exceptional reasons such as Cat C airport checks etc.

FR - same as Jet above - 16 hours in East Midlands - ryanair's "london" sim centre!
