As cr@p as always, hence constant recruitment. Roster is a joke, pay is rubbish and the atmosphere is toxic.

just have a look at the “deal”. 7 days off per month, which makes it 100% non-commutable. Management will use you to your very limits and if you’re an expat you’re at the very bottom of the list. Every single European leaves at first chance. The pay is crazy low, borderline offending. Staying in Casablanca is a horror and !!!! show. I did X months on the 787 and would never set my foot there again…
