Airlines to join as NTR cadet?

Hi everyone
can anyone guide on which airlines to join. I currently have around 270 flying hours. EASA atpls exams done and AUPRT. still deciding on the APS/MCC course. if anyone in my position please feel free to message as well and hopefully we can put some recommendations out here. IAA CPL/MEIR and EU passport as well.

Ryanair isn’t hiring now if you aren’t on the mentored program.

Have a look at Luxair. They are recruiting a bunch of people currently including low-timers and NTR.
