Hi,



I am looking at the detailed payscales on PPJN (with the splits between year / rank / fleet). Please can you tell me if I get promoted (to a new fleet or to captain) do keep my current year number or do I go back to year 1? Or does it vary by airline?

BA you keep your years. So if you take command as a Y10 FO you'll go onto Y10 of the captain scale.
