Volotea or Wizzair

Hi everyone,

currently working in the Gulf as skipper for the past 15 years, I am looking forward to move back to the old continent next year.
I am considering Volotea or Wizzair mainly for the bases they can offer.
Talking to people working at both carriers, the general idea is they look quite similar in terms of money and QoL in general.
I was wondering if someone here experienced both and could shed some light on the differences and why trying for one rather than the other.

I would choose VOLATEA for the bases.
Working atmosphere seems to better as well.
