Aerologic working conditions

Hello,

I’m a B737 NG first officer and I’m considering to apply for the Aerologic job posted on their website. I would like to know about their 15 days rotation system. Is it 15 days on and 15 consecutive days off as in some commuting contracts? And do they take foreign pilots? I also heard that the pay is a bit better these days.
