Why is EM so evasive about not wanting to set up or attend a meeting to persuade MO’D to stay? It seems that the majority of the pilot force are MOST ANXIOUS for MO'D to rescind his resignation after the excellent job he did in turning around a pretty sick Sabre into Excel Airways?

Could it be something to do with the fast-track float of Excel by EM/PW? Cut and run perhaps with a sack-full of money by the duo?

It would truly be a shame if the standards achieved during MOD’s tenure evaporated away due to commercial expediency.

Where is MO'D off to? Is he involved in a start up or getting invoved in training?
