Does anyone know if they do type ratings next to the usual OCC for new hires? The info on the recruitment page and the FAQ is quite clear that they don't but maybe they do consider some applications if they are interesting enough? No links to contact them directly.
I'm from Belgium and the BRU summer base is pretty attractive imo.

I don't know what your experience is but they hired 10-15 cadets the last 2 years (per year). They had to pay for the rating. I know of at least 1 'cadet' that had experience on another commercial aircraft.

For experienced I believe they only hire rated guys. They have hired crew with less than 500 on type though.

Hi Toerist,

Thanks for the info. I never got the type because I wasn’t able to finish the training but I got about 165 hours logged in B737 sims. And if you wonder how come I have so much it’s because I was doing a MPL at the time. But given this experience I think it could be attractive to them perhaps.

I would appreciate the contact, I can’t DM you because I’m still new to the platform so feel free to DM me. :)

Degree Requirement

So I had this question if someone can help me, first I was wondering if they hire people without a degree, I don’t have one and it’s one concern of mine.
Second how does the assessment looks like and how did you prepare for it, normally I will be using Pilotassessment.
