How so? I have applied for fast track FO position. Well, haven`t heard anything since Feb though. The main reasons I applied are fast track and Spain base. My family is in Spain.

I would suggest to see an active roster of someone operating out of PMI base..
-mostly it will mean (+)10 nights away -> in Germany operating EWG base flights

Not sure if new joiners will get Palma base, because the company wants everyone on a (PRG) Wings-Pattern contract.

Does anyone know how the Fast Track programme works? I was told you start on FO salary but do they immediately put you on a command course or do you spend a bit of time on the right hand seat on the line?

Don't fall for the PMI "base" scam. They need you somewhere in Europe/ East Europe but know they can't find people to be based there. So they invented the "Wings" programme, which means you are in hotels on work days and only on your off days home.
