Norwegian new Spanish collective agreement + pension

Hola!

Just wondering if some insiders could give me some info about the new collective agreement for the 737 Spanish bases, especially regarding the pay on the left seat and how the pension system works.

That is indeed what I've also heard, and according to this article the deal is signed:
