do you know of a 'own occupation' policy

can anyone help with info on 'own occupation' critical illness/injury policys that are available out there? I don't know about you, but to me an 'any occ' policy is not that helpful, but may be better than nothing.
thanks in advance:confused:

Scottish Widows.

Try Tesco Personal Finance critical illness policy. It is as cheap as it gets, and their definition of own occupation appears to offer loss of license insurance at a fraction of the cost.

Guernzee - beware of Scottish Widows, I had several policies with them when they lost their licence, (said they did not apply to have it renewed!), to write "overseas" life and personal accident insurance business.

I appreciate that the CI are only just overseas but it may fall just outside their remit.

Otherwise I believe SW are a good company. They may have got their 'overseas' licence back too.
