F2R First2Resource Bad payer...
 

Hi there,

F2R (First 2 Resource, also sometimes known as Mountain High) ows me money for the notice period they never gave me.

In short, I was given a 3-day's notice period (the company's aircraft moved out of base for another charter deal in Asia somewhere), but my contract with said agency states that "the notice period shall be no less than 14 days".

Now this was back in the end of September last year, and to this day, I have not been paid, despite numerous emails and phone calls.

Anyone out there with the same situation, or else who could recommend a lawyer? I know they are located somewhere in Crawley, although registered as a business in Malta.

All them blinkin agencyies are the same, bloody Vanguard Aviation/PAS didn't pay any of Astraeus pilots. Took the commission for years then made themselves bankrupt to get out of paying the staff 3 months salary...disgusting scum, just before Xmas too..:ugh:
