Ive applied to this company but they've told me they are looking only for captains .. anyone knows in China any company looking for first officers?

None. Mainland Chinese airlines aren't allowed to hire expat F/O's.

Having said that, they are sufficiently short of captains now that they are starting to offer direct entry upgrades for high timers, I have seen an agency contract floating around on the net recently for direct entry upgrade candidates in China on the A330, minimum requirements I believe is >6,000 TT and >4,000 F/O on A330/A340. Judging by the bases on offer I believe it's Air China.
