Air Atlanta Lay Offs

Is AAI laying their pilots off according to date of hire or as C-soup McKenzie recently advised me, " Pilots will be layed off, not according to date of hire, but, more importantly, according to their performance"
Is this true?

Seniority has no place at Air Atlanta. They have their own little black list. If you want to get called back don't burn your bridges.
