CPT salary on A320 family at THY ???
 

Can anybody give me an imagination of the salary you can expect, when you're hiring THY based in Istanbul being an experienced CPT (12000 h/9000 PIC h). How is the roster, standby-travel-opportunities in the own network, annual leave etc. etc.
and do they make short term contracts ? 1-2 years for example ?

There are at least 4 agencies offering the same terms and conditions for THY on both Boeing and Airbus fleets. The T+Cs are correct and you can expect the roster pattern 6/2 5/1 so commute is not an option. In Turkey normally there is no annual leave n the first year then it's 20 days, but you can " borrow" from the following year if they permit. You cannot add leave days to off days to make a block of days' i.e attempt to make it a commutable contract. See Parc and Sigma and Contractair websites, the info and salary details are correct.
