Air Astana A320 short term contract?

I may have chance to sign for a winter contract and go to Kazakhstan for 5 months NOV - MAR, A320 FO.
Agency guys seems to be ok, however, this would be my first contract job and I would appreciate any feedback from more experienced guys and maybe from someone who is already there.
Anything I should be more worried/carefull when going there?

All inputs much appreciated!

Which agency are you going through? Astana is doing assesments for the A320 today in AMS :)
