Hainan..... Interesting!

Do I read this right? Hainan contract their crews to fly 825 hours per annum. Over that amount 200 usd overtime will be paid. UNDER THAT AMOUNT and here's the rub 144usd is to be deducted. WHAT IS THIS INDUSTRY COMING TO!!!!!! Your final year end salary in the hands of a rostering officer or junior management whim.:mad:
